Supported employment for adults with developmental disabilities
evolves in four phases: Community-Based Assessment, Job Development,
Job Training and Long Term Support. A UMAR Job Training Specialist
provides one-on-one job training on an individual basis for program
participants. Once training is complete, long-term support will be
provided for as long as the individual works.
